By booking a class with Keti Snee, FITTA, you confirm that you have read and understood our Health and Safety Declaration

Anyone wishing to take part in this exercise and fitness session – whether in person, live or pre-recorded instructional video – must adhere to the following terms:

Anyone taking part in any session does so at their own risk. 

Keti Snee and Fitta With Pilates does not accept any responsibility for any individual nor group of individuals, who may be participating in any Pilates session.

To take part in any Session that You book, you must be in good physical health and You will at all times be responsible for Your own state of health, physical condition and wellbeing.


You confirm that You have no health or fitness problems (including, but not limited to cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or other breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy or other allergy) which may affect your participation in any Session. Certain activities may be unsuitable for You if You have special needs, or any medical, health or fitness problem or condition.


If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity and sport, then you won’t be able to join in with this exercise and fitness session. 


If practising from home, you accept full responsibility for your space and the health and safety precautions within this space.

To perform this activity in a safe way, you must make sure that the area you use is suitable. 


The area must be: 

A flat surface

Clear of any obstacles (including furniture and pets)

Spacious enough for the type of activity


You acknowledge that Keti Snee and Fitta With Pilates accept no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of practise outside of the studio space.
