Keti was recommended to me by a physio that has been treating me for a spinal condition and injury. THANK GOODNESS! Keti has got me moving and enjoying exercising again. Classes are great fun and Keti gives options for different abilities and helps you tweak moves to get maximum benefit. I can't believe what I am able to do in classes now. I can't recommend Keti highly enough.
I’ve attended Keti's group classes at a local venue, as well as her online classes. Every class is well planned and the exercises are clearly explained. Keti is great at accommodating everyone in class so we can all work at our own level, gaining the maximum benefit of each exercise. Keti’s one to one studio sessions are brilliant for creating an individual Pilates plan to target individual needs.

Keti is super clear and careful as she explains the moves at differing degrees of difficulty and it's easy to follow them. I'd thoroughly recommend exercising online this way, as well as her village hall classes and one2ones! This website is easy to navigate, has a great app to access classes easily, which if you buy 5 are a real bargain!
I always wanted to discover Pilates to stretch and strengthen my figure, however, I never knew where to start. I’m so pleased I trusted Keti as she is extremely accessible, knowledgable and adaptable to my beginner level as well as the equipment I had at home for the remote sessions. I have taken Pilates classes with Keti for a number of years now. I've attended group classes in a village hall, one to one training in her very well equipped studio, and recently due to Covid-19, online via Zoom. I can honestly say all have been excellent. She is friendly, pays attention to each person's needs and any disabilities they may have, and will adjust her group lessons for you if required so you are never left out if you cannot manage a certain exercise, even when using Zoom!
Having exercised most of my life in numerous disciplines (this of course doesn't mean I am any good at it!), and having had various teachers/trainers I have no hesitation in recommending Keti, she is an excellent teacher.
