FITTA With Pilates collects your name, email address and other relevant personal data such as phone number, date of birth and gender (where appropriate) when you register through our booking system provided by Wix. This is necessary in order to carry out basic communication, fulfil bookings, give you the best service and to safeguard your health and wellbeing.

HOW WE USE AND STORE YOUR DATA

We use email as the primary form of communication with you if you are an existing customer via the Wix booking auto-email system.

FITTA With Pilates is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Fulfilment Policy

Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class. All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to cancelling or reschedule if they can't attend class.

FOR ONLINE CLASSES

After purchasing one of the pricing plans, your account will be credited immediately with said number of sessions. These credits can be used for any of the online group sessions that we offer. Please visit the book online page to see the full timetable of classes we offer. We will be using a platform called Zoom. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to access the session.

You are receiving an email/online service. No physical goods will be shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or reschedule, please do this via 'My Account' page on the website. If you are unable to make class at the last minute, please contact me and I will credit your class back.

REFUNDS

If you have purchased a plan that you no longer require, please either request a refund via the site or send me an email and I will process it for you. Once processed, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on the Pilates services we offer, as well as a way to purchase classes and book into sessions.
