Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do this via 'My Account' page on the website. If you are unable to make class at the last minute, please contact me and I will credit your class back. If you have purchased a plan that you no longer require, please either request a refund via the site or send me an email and I will process it for you. Once processed, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account.
